This very nice spangenhelm is made from sturdy leather with steel rivet and stitching construction. Interior lining and chinstrap are faux leather. A great looking helmet that is lighter and more comfortable than steel. Circumference is about 25". Weight is about 1.5lbs.

Putting it all together
I made three purchases from Viking Shield recently to complete an outfit for beard competitions. My first time putting it all together (spangemhelm, axe, and shield) was this weekend. I am emailing a picture show how well everything works together.
