This nice seaxe is based off an original from the 6th Century. The sharpened blade is 12.5" long and made from 5160 tempered carbon steel with a darkwood handle. The tang is peened over the metal end cap of the handle. Hand stitched leather scabbard is included. Handle is hardwood. Overall length is 19.5" long and weighs about 1 lb 4 oz.
