Natural rawhide strip is 2.5" wide and at least 32" long, great for shield rims. This is a thinner 2.5-3.5 oz, but natural rawhide is stronger than bleached. Image is typical of these strips and color will vary. One side is smooth and the other rough, we always have the smooth side out when installing. After soaking in water the strips are easy to work with. Clamp the rawhide down into the shape you want as it dries and will hold it's shape when dried.
