    poor wood quality and poor carving details, and cut overruns onto sufaces where cuts shoukd not be.

    A beautiful carving

    I was looking for a viking themed piece for an outside display at my house. This is just the ticket. The carving is very good, the line details are slightly different from the one pictured as one would expect from hand carving. My piece is about 10.5 inches high by 11 wide. The wood has a slightly waxy texture. This will look very nice on display.
